Suzanne Gibson-Foy:

Fully Integrated Holistic Mediumship and Spiritual Development

Minister Suzanne: Spiritualist, Medium, Mentor & Teacher

Suzanne Gibson-Foy Spiritualist, Medium and Trainer
Integrated Holistic Development
Suzanne is a warm, generous and caring individual who, over the years, has supported innumerable people with their very personal journeys of significant Spiritual Development and to achieve good health in both their Psychology and Relationships. She has an excellent mind and a grounded understanding of what is necessary to develop your Spiritual presence and recognises the interconnectivity between Mind, Body, Interpersonal and Soul. As well as being a skilled Medium, Spiritual Development trainer and course provider, she is also and experienced psychotherapist and relationship expert. She is therefore well placed to help you, not only develop your Spiritual self and your Mediumistic skills, but also can help you overcome Psychological, Emotional and Relational blocks that may interfere with and restrict such development.

Genesis
Suzanne’s own spiritual development and the spiritual development of others is a significant priority in her life. For decades, Suzanne attended Spiritual Development and Mediumship courses and individual training. While mostly excellent and well designed and presented, she often felt that there was something lacking; something that prevented herself and the other students from taking full advantage of the opportunities presented and fully realising their potential. Upon reflection, Suzanne concluded that most courses and training, (but not all), restricted their remit to the Spiritual, failing to take a holistic approach towards the student. They failed to recognise and accommodate the effect of the individual on their own development and thereby, they lacked the essential elements to overcome personal blocks to Spiritual Development that were centred in individual Psychology and Relational life.

Holistic approaches to personal wellness have been promoted for decades and have even made it into the mainstream within hospitals and therefore the conclusion was somewhat of a surprise to her. She found that most developmental programmes and courses separate out and significantly focus upon one aspect, either the Spiritual, Psychological, Relational or Physical, often to the detriment of the others. This realisation inspired Suzanne to attempt to improve the situation. She decided to develop her own ability to provide an Integrated Holistic Approach to Spiritual Development.

In 2007, Suzanne retrained as a Psychotherapist with the express purpose of combining Spiritual Training and Development with Psychotherapy – Psychological and Relational therapy. Her express goal being to remove psychological and relational blocks from Spiritual Development and the development of Mediumistic skills and thus help people become better conduits for spirit. Suzanne believes that the less personal psychology in the way of Mediumship, the better the connection and evidence. This has become the foundation of the training and development that Suzanne offers to her students and individual clients.
Courses and Training

Over the years Suzanne has designed and presented many courses and training opportunities for Spiritual Development and or Mediumship. Some courses, which purely focus upon Spiritual or Mediumistic development, have psychological and relational material integrated into their foundations. While other courses have it in the forefront, focusing upon Psychological and Relational development to remove blocks and distractions and improve Spiritual and Mediumistic Development and Connection with spirit. However, all the courses designed and presented by Suzanne take an Integrated Holistic approach to Spiritual and Mediumistic development. For Suzanne it has become and unavoidable part of who she is and what she does. It is integrated into the material of the course and into the way they are delivered. In interaction with her students, Suzanne, is always aware of how each student interacts with the material and the difficulties thrown up by their personal circumstances, experiences, psychology and relationships. She always does her best to adapt the individual’s experience and interaction with the course to maximise their benefit.

Supporting You

Suzanne has always taken great joy in supporting the success, both great and small, of others. Originally, as a secondary teacher, there was joy in her student’s acquisition of knowledge and understanding, their passing of examinations and entry into university. As a Psychotherapist, there is joy is overcoming issues that have plagued and diminish people’s lives for decades. And now, she has the pleasure of combining all her skills, passions and experience into helping people both individually and in groups, grow Spiritually and or as Mediums. There is great gratification and pride in seeing people flourish and grow and being permitted, in at least some small way, the honour of being present and able to assist in it. From the very first time someone makes a strong contact with spirit and truly experience the greater connection, meaning and purpose that it can make in their lives. All the way through to the experienced Medium who, with Suzanne’s support, can remove a blockage that has held them back for years. Or to the experienced Spiritual journeyman who has been on a Spiritual Development for decades where Suzanne is still able to offer something to help them on their journey.

For Suzanne, there is a great joy to be found in the service of others.

Suzanne's other Life

Beyond being a Spiritualist, Medium, Tutor and Course provider, Suzanne, has quite a peaceful and ordinary life.

She has a husband named Carlos. They have been together since 2000 and married since 2006. And a cat named Lilly. She has a passion for history and books. Some of her time is taken by her Psychotherapeutic practice in which she helps people overcome personal, relationship and life issues through personal and spiritual development. Her practice can be found here: http://www.TonicTalk.co.uk

Like you, she has to find a balance in her life, between her passions and Love. Mediumship and training require both time and energy and especially after a course, Suzanne can feel quite drained. It is therefore important that you take good care of yourself. You will be no good to anyone if you burn yourself out. You must pace your Mediumship within your life so that they can both support and contribute to each other.

Suzanne does her best to take a holistic approach to all that she does. She looks after herself and takes the time to decompress and reground herself. One thing she does that she finds of great benefit is to walk Camino. If she could have her way she would walk Camino every year. See: https://suzannegibsonfoy.uk/camino/

What do you do to maintain balance and take care of yourself?
